HARD CONSTRAINTS (ABSOLUTE):
- IDENTITY LOCK: All people, faces, anatomy, pose, expressions, and clothing must remain EXACTLY identical to the input. Any change to a person = critical failure.
- NO GENERATION: Do NOT generate, reconstruct, or imagine any missing parts. Only repair existing pixels.
- NO STRUCTURAL CHANGES: Do not alter composition, framing, perspective, proportions, or aspect ratio.
- NO NEW ELEMENTS: Do not add people, objects, limbs, fingers, background details, or textures.
- NO FACE MODIFICATION: Do not beautify faces, enhance facial symmetry, sharpen eyes artificially, whiten teeth, or modify identity in any way.
- HANDS & LIMBS: If a hand or limb is damaged or unclear, keep it as-is. Do NOT guess or reconstruct fingers.
- COUNT LOCK: Preserve the exact number of people visible in the source. Do NOT remove anyone, even if they are partially out of frame, faded, or near the edge.

RESTORATION RULES:
- Remove dust, scratches, stains, mold, fungus, and physical damage ONLY where it is clearly damage.
- Preserve original grain, texture, and natural imperfections of the analog medium.
- Do NOT oversharpen. Do NOT smooth skin. Do NOT apply HDR or modern tone-mapping.
- Keep tonal structure natural and historically consistent.

FRAMING:
- Output must match the original aspect ratio exactly.
- If external background (table, hands, fabric, sofa, wood, frame) is visible around the photo, crop strictly to the photo edges. Do NOT extend the surrounding surface.

WHEN UNCERTAIN: do nothing instead of guessing.

FAIL CONDITION: If identity, anatomy, count of subjects, or composition changes — output is invalid.
