Restore and enhance this photograph while strictly maintaining its original monochromatic sepia tone and flat field of focus. 

First, address the background and overall environment: Remove all silver mirroring, chemical fading, and surface dust specks from the dark, flat backdrop. Every pixel of the background must be rendered with the same sharpness and clarity as the central subject. Eliminate the hazy "bloom" across the frame to recover deep tonal contrast.

Second, restore the foreground elements: There is a white circular object or curved shape in the lower right foreground. Restore its surface texture and clean edges with the same level of micro-detail as the rest of the image. Remove all black dust spots and graininess from this white area while preserving its highlight detail.

Third, restore the clothing and textile textures: Focus intensely on the knitted hood or bonnet and the dark coat.
