- Do NOT prioritize central figures over peripheral ones.
- COUNT LOCK: preserve exact number of people. Do not remove anyone.
- Preserve relative spacing and grouping exactly as-is.

- Minimal intervention required — image was captured digitally.
- Do NOT add artificial grain or analog texture.
- Focus only on actual visible damage or quality issues.
- Treat natural digital noise as part of the image, not as damage.
